"There was not enough lights/lamps in the room During each of three days there, we returned to our rooms at around 4 pm after a day full of activities to find that our rooms were not made-up and the chambermaid looking to gain entry as I was trying to rest."

"Huge, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment was great for our family of 5. Kitchen was supplied with enough stuff to make meals and dining room table seats 6. Nice, big TV in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms. Underground parking accommodates only vehicles up to 6' (no inches!), so leave your oversized SUV at home. Metro stop is right next to this hotel, so buy a multi-use pass and don't bother driving anywhere in the city. Small problems with the room were quickly resolved. Excellent, informative concierge staff. This hotel was a bargain for the benefits received/the amount of room/location. Tons of restaurants on nearby Rue St. Denis and the Rue Prince Arthur district. We will definitely be staying there again."

"Surrounding area is not the best - seemed a bit on the rough side. Inside, the hotel is fairly nice. Junior suite was a bit smaller than we expected but clean."
