"1)There was a problem with my shower.
When you pull leaver for the shower, the water was not going down the drain. I think you should fix that.
2)Also our window at the bottom kept on opening.
When you are sleeping, and then suddenly the window opens and makes a loud noise. I wake up from my sleep.
You should close the window or have a latch so the client can close it or open it.
But over all everything was nice.

"The shower kept fluctuating in heat. It was quite annoying. The elevators took several minutes to reach our floor before check out."
