"My telephone was not working (e.g., only static when the receiver was picked up) - which was very unsettling and surprising. Luckily, this did not result in any serious problems while I was in Montreal on business. It was nice that your hotel offered me a free coffee mug as compensation for the inconvenience however. My room was a little dark, and I was unable to adjust the temperature (it was too cold in the room). Also, I attempted to order freshly squeezed juice from the room service menu, however, I was informed by the manager at the restaurant that they did not carry freshly squeezed juice (i.e., false advertising). Furthermore, he informed me that juice could not be brought to my room since I was not ordering anything else."
